About
Years ago, I struggled with burnout, being overwhelmed, and suffered from anxiety and depression. I have found natural and alternative modalities to improve my life. I help people through mindfulness practices, self compassion, essential oils, BEMER GO Wellness System, learning to set better boundaries, enhancing self care routines, sleep management, stress reduction, learning improved coping and life skills, organization, time management.
I work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and counselors to help you work towards recovery. I know first hand the struggles, stigma, lack of support from family and friends, hopelessness and isolation that is often felt with suffering from mental illness. I help provide hope and support and empower you to take an active role in your recovery.
Regardless of what you believe about your illness or what you have been told about your prognosis recovery is possible and is obtainable. With the right support team and me as your mentor and coach we can accomplish your goals of getting better, improving your quality and satisfaction of life and relationships.
I am passionate about helping others develop an individualized comprehensive wellness regime to decrease stress, live life mindfully with intention, authenticity, and improve their overall wellness.
My educational background includes training as a clinical and school psychologist as well as health coaching training from Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have combined my academic, health coaching, yoga and mindfulness training to create a holistic and integrative approach to physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. I have worked in the wellness industry for the last 16 years. There is no greater feeling than being able to help guide and mentor a client toward a happier and healthier life.
