What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we begin with a meeting and interview so potential customers can explain to us how they operate and what their needs or goals are. We assess how we can best help them solve their issues or meet their goals with a combination of advice, consultation, and partner support. We find them the right tools for the job and help get the best deal for those products and services. Then we can get into the things they do not know they need, and how to really save money long-term.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More then 100 years of combined experience in telecommunications application and consulting, network implementation and maintenance, Point of Sale systems, web development, marketing, consrtuction supervision and project management.....
