About

I'm Renelle Wolff, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I help women find relief from anxiety, insomnia, burnout, and the emotional challenges that often accompany major life transitions, including motherhood and perimenopause.

I believe therapy should be more than a place to vent. It should help you better understand yourself, develop practical skills that create lasting change, and give you space to reconnect with the version of yourself that feels calm, confident, and present.

The connection, your relationship, your rapport is one of the most important things when seeking therapy services. When you feel that your therapist really cares, really validates you, you start to open up more...that's when the therapeutic work really begins.
