Notary Public - Make sure that whoever is signing the document is present to sign in front of the Notary Public and provides proper identification, e.g, U.S. Driver License or a Passport from any country.

Wedding Officiant - Ensure that you have applied for a  Florida Marriage License.  Florida residents have to wait 3 days after applying for the license to get married, unless they take a premarital course from a registered provider.   The marriage ceremony has to be officiated within 60 days of applying for the license.
