What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Listen to the customer 100% fundamentally, what is the industry in which the customer is moving, how long the customer is developing, their achievements, failures, pending, projections and wishes.

What are they doing and what not in the marketing field. Make a deep survey of a whole with the relationship to the company, customers, brand, vision, mission, business mysticism, philosophy, etc. Then, we go to the diagnosis and the proposal of our expertise.

From there, we agree, we go Quote, we coordinate the start of the project and ready to start working. Then Reports, Virtual Meetings, and Measurement of Results.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm Bachelor Degree in Business (2005), MBA in Marketing Management (2007), I did a Post degree in Strategic Marketing (2005). I'm also a Real Estate Sales Associate and an investor in South Florida (from 2017).

I love Sales & Marketing fields, I'm updated in technology and very savvy in all the current tools to increase brand awareness and businesses for my clients.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

It depends on the type of project, the achievements and the times that the client wants to work.

One thing is a Marketing Clinic, of a certain time to achieve exposure and then the client follows by itself, another thing is the long term and the increase in brand image, exposure, expected customer level, billing increase and opening of new business units. In all cases, the Marketing and Sales strategies complemented is what generates great added value. Both are seen, noticed, tangible and long term is desired.

Our quotes are tailormade, in order to the customers' needs, with all the components that they are needed.

I have had clients that started with Marketing and Sales and added the need for organization of Collections, Project Management to their account executives, virtual assistance in admin and call, schedule tasks, etc.


How did you get started in this business?

Since 2005, I started running my own Marketing and Sales Consulting business for large accounts, small and medium-sized companies, I have traveled a lot by year to Argentina, Los Angeles, NYC, Florida in the USA, San Pablo and Rio de In Brazil, Madrid and Barcelona in Spain, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, I have been hired to coordinate and manage Marketing and Sales Areas in Companies, nationally and internationally, to develop and open branches in different countries, to assemble and train high-performance teams.

Large Accounts, SMBs: small & medium businesses.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Start working with a small account starting to be medium for the number of employees and customers, without Strategic Marketing, doing what they could in Sales, and managing to generate a 2.6M Business Pipeline in less than 3 months when your annual billing escalated at 5M annually. A level of exposure and brand presence, in which the Floridian market began to identify the company, to contact it, to follow it, to request a meeting with the managers, to relieve the site, to participate in BIDS, RFPs, and to be its new vendor submitting even in the Procurement Marketplaces.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

That the client always turns to a real professional with vast experience in different industries.

That the client allows him/herself to open up to explain where he is standing in the market, what he wants, what they were doing and that makes them aware that they must scale their business to the next level with someone with experience and qualified.

Accept suggestions and recommendations from the professional.

That the client trusts that other people can attend to his/her requirements very well, that the professional can do it well and that the fresh air from other professionals always generates value.

That when the client has to invest in professionals and tools that put it in a better place, when the client invests money will always return to him/her/the company in triplicate.


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Clients should start detailing the professional from the beginning of the company, the development of their growth, maintaining and escorting in the market by an experienced professional, allowing themselves to hear what are the current strategies and tools that can put in another place.
