Health and Wellness has been a focus since 2007. My work as a Health Coach was to help people replace good habits from bad ones. It is important to understand the Body and Mind must be in alignment with the Soul all of which is governed by the Spirit. Joy is living in a healthy body. My Health Systems offer vitality, release of unwanted pounds and a sense of well-being.
