What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session is an intake of client's history, medical and psychological. Client presents reasons for seeking counseling and a treatment plan is formulated. Within the first few sessions, the treatment plan is formalized. If a client needs referrals, they will be helped to get to the services that best fits their needs.
