What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client contacts me, we set up a time for me to meet with them so we can decide if we fit. If so, then the client provides their tax data and I ask questions. If the information is complete, I prepare the tax return and either securely email the return to the client or meet again with them to collect signatures and payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
