Vic's passion in helping people is truly evident as is reflected in the company name, HPE which stands for “Helping People Everyday”. Vic graduated from the University of Arkansas, served in the USAF achieving the rank of Captain and was decorated with the Distinguished Flying Cross and The Air Medal. Vic married his wife Linda in 1971, they raised two children and now they live in Palm Harbor, Florida.
