Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I invite my client to complete a brief written survey or telephone interview before our first session. The goal is to develop a custom program based on what you want to accomplish and in what timeframe. We sign an agreement of understanding and begin our fascinating journey. I use a collection of written tools; we talk and laugh and resolve issues!
Our work can be done face-to-face, via telephone or on line.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my degree at Regis University in Denver. I completed my 3,000 internship in Addiction Counseling at Boulder Alcohol Education Center.

My life coach training came through the Brendon Brachard method and Udemy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is based on session time. Some clients prefer 60 minute sessions while others prefer 90 minute sessions. Beach sessions tend to go longer. I accept PayPal and Zelle.
How did you get started in this business?
I loved being a counselor! The life-saving success of getting people out of addiction and starting new lives was breathtaking. When I moved to Florida I decided to shift my work to helping clients look forward rather than reliving history. It is lighter and refreshing!
The bottom line is helping others live a better life regardless of gender, age or circumstance.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with mature clients facing physical and mental changes that require new ways of living. I enjoy helping my clients make decisions, help them access appropriate resources, and help with “hands on” projects.
Some of my clients have diagnosed mental health issues. They work with their mental health professionals on those issues. They work with me on day-to-day activities that improve quality of life.
Sometimes resolving loneliness is the source of issues where coaching can help. I’m great at helping make safe connections and finding activities.
I recently coached a young couple on how to balance the husband’s work time and time in their new marriage.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently met with a young couple trying to balance his work time and their together time. It was a great experience for all of us! Their review follows:
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have some idea about what you want to accomplish. Be honest about your needs. If you are lonely let me know. If you want to start or end something in your life we can work on it. If you want help planning a difficult conversation I’m here!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Client/coach fit is important! What kind of person makes you happy to be around? Be prepared to spend some time on your life. One session often isn’t enough time for complex solutions.
