I offer appointments that are flexible to your needs and busy schedule. Together, we’ll create a customized plan to get your life back on track. I can also provide telehealth sessions online or via phone
I am passionate about my work and I give it my all. I hate seeing others go through the pain from addiction or substance abuse, loss, depression or anxiety and family conflict. I work with teens and adults.
I am a non-judgmental, down to earth person who is pretty much a “what you see is what you get”, eclectic type of counselor who utilizes CBT, DBT and Solution Focused therapy approaches. To be honest if you want to stay clean and sober it is work but I can tell you totally worth it and I can help you do that.

I will help you come up with strategies that work for YOU to help you stay clean and sober.
I will help you create a plan of these healthy strategies to help reduce your risk of relapse.
I can help you work on getting your driver’s license back with a reasonably priced assessment and completion of the paperwork for DMV.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically call a client back within 24 hours and see if it sounds as though this will be a good fit. We will create a time/date to meet that works within both schedules.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master's of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in Addictions. I am also licensed in the State of Florida as a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) and have a certification in Life Coaching. I have a certification as an E-Therapy Pro. I utilize HIPPA compliant Doxy for tele health sessions
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have standard pricing of $70 for individual sessions and $175 per substance abuse assessment for DUI/Court ordered clients. I also have limited sliding scale spots.
