What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit with my customers and learn their business, and their business processes. This gives me an idea of where and whether or not I will be able to him them. I ask about issues and problems, where bottlenecks are, why things seems to get bogged down.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master degree in Business and Bachelor's degree in Accounting. I hold an EA, or Enrolled Agent from the IRS. I am working on my CPA now.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing starts at $50 for a simple personal tax return and goes up from there depending on the tax complications and time invovled in completing the return.
My pricing starts at $150 for a small business return and goes up from there depending on the type and complicating factors for the returns.
Accounting/bookkeeping pricing starts at $100 a month, depending on the number of bank accounts, credit card accounts you have. Other contributing factors to the price, are how much of the data entry will you be doing, vs me. How much clean up of your accounting will I be doing? etc.
