What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I recieve a request I will reach out by text to schedule a 10-15 minute phone consult. The goal of this is to get to know you and your goals a bit as well as for you to ask me any questions, then we can schedule your first massage. We will discuss details of what to expect for the appointment during this call as well as payment and cancellation policies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lisenced massage therapist under the department of health who graduated from Central Florida School of Massage Therapy. I have plenty of experience in swedish massage as well as deep tissue, specifically trigger point therapy.

Length listed does NOT include 15 minute set up
Swedish massage: the main goal of this is emotional stress relief and relief for mild-moderate muscle tension. This is typically full body, but can be modified to your goals.
30mn, $50
OR 60mn, $90 or save $30 when you schedule 3 in a row
OR 90mn, $120
Deep tissue: In this service I will be utilizing trigger point therapy to soothe painful knots. In a 65mn session we likely choose a few areas to focus most of our time on.
