I look forward to helping you feel GREAT!

I enjoy my career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, because my knowledge in this field, helps my clients relieve stress and eliminate their pain. I take time to educate each client of the proper stretches and exercises to do to prevent their injury from occurring again. With my 27 years of experience in this field, I have enjoyed working with doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and personal trainers assisting with the different types of massage treatment I have mastered. What I enjoy the most is working independently. I am able to spend time with my client, and learn what are the existing problem areas, and what activities may be causing the pain and discomfort. I then proceed with the proper treatment. Depending on the condition, is the pain new (1-2 days), or long term (2+ days)? I may add ice or heat to the treatment. This will reduce pain and increase the success of the massage. I also enjoy giving clients a relaxing massage. After their stressful day, some like to lay back, with calm music playing, and receive a peaceful massage. With lotion or oil, I slowly loosen the muscles and circulate the blood throughout the body. At the end of the session, the stress is gone, and the body is relaxed. Call me, or text me today, and I will be happy to talk with you about how massage therapy will relieve the stress, tightness, aches, or pain you are having. Here are a list of my professional certifications: *Dept of Health (State of FL) Massage License 8.31.17 *CPR- 2.2019 *Cranialsacral Therapy *Deep Tissue Massage *Hydrotherapy *Myofacial Therapy *Neuromuscular Therapy *Osteopathic Approach To Massage Therapy *Reflexology *Somatic Therapy *Stone Massage

I will continue to learn new and more effective techniques to help my clients relieve pain and fulfill their body's needs.

Steve took the time to listen to me and find out what was causing my pain. He explained his treatment plan, which made me feel very comfortable, and then he started to work on me. He started with a lighter touch, and then told me when he was going to work deeper. He massaged my whole body, but worked on the back of my legs, the problem areas, longer. Steve varied the strokes, and his pressure. Before I knew it, the massage was over. My whole body was feeling relaxed and pain free. He gave me some advice about stretching, and I scheduled another appointment.
