What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I discuss over the phone what exactly my client needs. Then, I ask to see their last tax return and all other necessary documents for the new tax return.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience as an accountant and I am certified with QuickBooks Online. I have 5 years of experience with certified tax preparation; business and personal.
