Jaceline Celestin, MS, RMFTI

Jaceline Celestin is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (IMT319). She is an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and has a Masters Degree from St. Thomas University. She is a certified Family and Relationship Coach. Volunteering as a Guardian ad Litem and advocates for children and families in the foster care system in her spare time.

Ms. Celestin currently works with all ages and specializes in working with individuals, couples and families as they transition through relationship issues (divorce, separation, dating) parenting and trauma. She works with children and adolescents in areas of stress management, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, attention deficit disorders, trauma, grief, and LGBTQ+ issues.

The systems approach to therapy is used to allow the exploration into patterns of behaviors without blame, shame or judgment. Jaceline hopes to provide a therapeutic space where individuals, couples, families or groups feel empowered to make changes in their lives and relationships. In order to help clients reach their therapeutic goals, modalities such as in Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy with emphasis in Solution Focused Therapy is used. Trained in Mind Body Medicine techniques, interventions such as deep breathing, art therapies, and meditation are practiced. Jaceline is also certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Co-Occuring Disorders.
