About this pro

Pro Creative has been helping our small business clients acheive outstanding results for over 20 years. We leverage our expertise, your strengths and market research to find the perfect niche where your company can shine. We can maximize the impact of your budget through strategic, consistent and highly effective marketing communication.

We start off with research so that we can evaluate where you stand in the market in relation to customers, competitors and factors like economic, demographic and societal trends. Then we create a positioning statement that pinpoints where you can be most successful. All marketing communications are built on that, ensuring that every word and dollar you spend is getting you closer to more sales. We are results oriented, and continually work on generating more and more sales revenue.

Some of our favorite communication devices include well-written websites, blogs, email campaigns, lead nurturing, thought leadership articles and intriguing social media posts. We received the 2019 Content Creator Award for Best Content Creation & Article Marketing in Florida.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To start off, we discuss the scope of work that needs to be done. Some clients have a lot of work they want to get done quickly, like with a start-up or rebranding. In this case, we set up a monthly retainer to reduce the costs to the client.

We discuss the company, where it is at now and where it wants to be. Often, we do a market analysis to get a handle on exactly where, how and to whom the company should be marketing its products and services. Armed with data, we make recommendations on positioning, media and what we feel will create the most impact. We work together to set priorities and then we get to work. We communicate all along the way to make sure we are on the same page.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BBA in Marketing from the University of Miami and an MBA in Finance also from the University of Miami.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We have two options for pricing, an hourly option ($42 per hour) and a monthly retainer option. Most of our clients go with the retainer since it saves them money and time. Our clients stay with us an average of 3 years because we do good work for them, they trust us and we are easy to work with.

How did you get started in this business?

I've been providing marketing services to small business clients since 1992. My first company,, was one of the first Internet marketing companies. We connected the Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the 3rd largest school district in the country, to the Internet and trained thousands of teachers. I sold this company in 1997 and started Pro Creative Marketing Group when companies started to put their businesses online. We did a lot of websites in the beginning, and then added Internet marketing services to help clients attract, close and retain customers using online tools.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of clients across the country including travel companies, landscaping companies, scent marketing companies, lead generation companies, Amazon third-party sellers, charities, artists, personal finance companies and business service companies.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look past the big claims in narrow fields (first page on Google, add 1,000 followers on Facebook, etc.) and focus on strategy. The most effective tactics on social media or SEO will fail to produce results if your message, positioning and targeting are off. We make sure that you are reaching the right people with a message that will resonate and cause them to take action. Only when you have a strong marketing communication program in practice through content on your website, email communication, blogs and other company mainstays does it make economic sense to drive traffic to it.
