What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
consulatation and skin analysis will be the first 15 mins of the appointment and discussing treatment options for the client.After I will proceed with the treatment that was requested or recommended to the client .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to boca beauty academy for my paramedical aesthetician license. I also have a Microneedling certification, eyelash/eyebrow tinting and lifting certification/ barbacide certification/ skin analysis certification.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
are facial treatments something I will be able to do at least once a month.
