About
As an attorney, it is my priority to advocate zealously on behalf of my clients and to always represent their best interests and to think outside of the box to help my clients reach their business goals.
I concentrate my practice on intellectual property matters. I assist established brands and start-up ventures seeking to expand their businesses through franchising, licensing, and distribution and provide advice on complex issues relating to franchise law, intellectual property, and other commercial matters. I have an extensive background in intellectual property law, having advised many start-up, national and multi-national companies on intellectual property acquisitions and enforcement matters. I received my J.D. and LL.M., in intellectual property law, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2004 and my B.A., cum laude, from the George Washington University in 2001.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience practicing intellectual property law. I began my career practicing in New York, where I worked at both a large national law firm, as well as an intellectual property boutique firm.
In 2004, I received my J.D. and LL.M., with a concentration in intellectual property, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, located in New York, New York. I received my B.A. from the George Washington University in 2001.
