What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with high net worth individuals and their families in a similar way that a "Family Office" operates. That means we take a comprehensive approach to establishing a relationship to understand and provide advice on both of our client's financial and personal affairs.
Some individuals and families hire tax accountants and lawyers to work alongside their portfolio manager and other administrators in their own family office. MAR Wealth Management can help coordinate these interconnected areas by working with a client's existing advisers and, where necessary, engage quality outside experts. These efforts help us simplify the complexities of issues that families face. The result: a holistic and boutique family office experience.
Our ClienteleGiven our high level of personal involvement with each family, we intentionally maintain a small, select group of families and individuals with whom we work. We make ourselves accessible to them at any time of the day, for any reason. We are discreet, and confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
This type of relationship transcends the experience most folks have experienced in the past with other professionals. In any successful relationship, collaboration and communication is vital. We recognize in a mutual way that you have to be comfortable working with us, and we have to be comfortable working with you. We are selective in the relationships we take on because in our view, this is a lifelong partnership.
