What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly. Everyone must wear a mask. I have an Intake form for each of my clients fill up and then we go over it together. I ask "what is you main concern and what are your expectations for this massage?" This gives me a chance to meet and exceed the clients expectations which is my goal!
