Here at Lifescape Counseling Services, LLC., we recognize that each person experiences challenges in different ways. Our goal is to facilitate personal growth in a safe judgment free environment.We provide each client with therapeutic interventions tailored to meet his or her individual needs. Through an evidenced-based interdisciplinary approach, we provide services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in the Southwest Florida area.

Lifescape Counseling Services, LLC., provides service to the community through participating in educational forums, victim advocacy panels, and volunteering opportunities. I absolutely love what I do. I have seen individuals grow into such wonderful versions of themselves and find healing from longstanding wounds. I practice from a person-centered lens meeting clients where they are at in their journey. I teach my clients therapeutic skills based on CBT principles, attachment theory, mindfulness, and cognitive reprocessing.

I use much of my experience as a Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in my practice today by identifying personal strengths and abilities to help formulate goals for what's next in life.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. In addition to my experience as a career counselor, I have specialized training to treat trauma, eating disorders, anxiety/phobias, and depressive disorders.
