We specialize in EMDR Therapy which is intended to help you achieve results that would otherwise take you months or years to achieve. We work evening hours because coming to therapy should never be another stressor for you with having to leave work early. And most importantly, we begin services with the end in mind. We want to help you see life outside of counseling. NOT dependent on it. Beginning with the end in mind gives you complete control and understanding as to how much longer before you could resume your life the way it was meant to be. Without therapy.
