What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the business objectives and goals. We talk about their target audience and their influences and their product/services. We then move onto their expectations for branding/marketing. We talk about budget and timeframe. We discuss a rough plan outline and what to expect when. I typically come back with a proposal with a timeline and we move forward from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a marketing and branding professional for over 30 years working in or with companies of all sizes and in a variety of industries. I have been on the client side and a consultant to clients -- either on my own or with a firm.
