We have a mission in our office. To help people realize and accomplish their dream of having complete financial security.
It’s not an easy task. It takes coaching, discipline, sacrifice and above all change. One has to really want that change in their lives, the change starts with you.
I have to say that the best part of my job is the coaching aspect. Seeing people achieve their goals in a timeframe that makes real sense is an amazing feeling for both the client and myself.
My passion for what it is I do has not changed one.
As part of my original training back in England as a Financial Adviser, it helped set myself up as being a great coach teaching Financial Fitness.

First, we meet, either at my office, their home or via a virtual appointment. The first meeting is always a kind of shoot the breeze kind of discussion. The client gets to know me, I get to get to know them. What are their goals in life, not just financially, but personal goals? What are their hobbies, interests, what makes them the happiest? If they like me and want to work with me, then great, we set up a second meet.
I was fully trained as a Financial Adviser in England (Barclays, General Portfolio). I was out of the business for a while when I moved to America, and when I got back into it, I wanted to add more of a strategic individualistic plan on a case by case basis, more or less go deeper, and personalize each plan every time. Get the plan right the first time, because one thing we all can't get back, TIME.
