What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with the client to go over there concerns. We develop a strategy that fits the clients needs. We provide the services the client needs. We follow up with the client and regularly to ensure successful implementation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an Enrolled Agent and that gives me the ability to represent my clients with the IRS on all levels. I have my Bachelor's of Accounting. I've worked in the industry for almost 2 decades.
