What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation t discuss the client needs. Then we proceed with the information and advise them of any information that they need to bring and proceed from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are enrolled agents (EA) who are federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels—examination, collection, and appeals—of the Internal Revenue Service.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for this accounting firm for 20 years before buying the firm from the previous owners wife after he passed away. I have been operating the firm by myself for the last 9 years with a client base of 500 clients.
