What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss what your goals are with massage. If it's to reduce stress levels, rehabilitative, fatigue, etc. We will discuss a treatment plan and track your progress. I encourage open communication. Our needs change day to day. It's important we adjust things as the need arises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in 2003. Since then I have become certified in several modalities including neuromuscular, deep tissue, swedish, geriatric, pregnancy massage, and oncology. I have specialized training in the treatment of TMJ disorder and chronic headaches. I'm also a level one QiGong instructor and Level 2 Reiki practitioner.
