My name is Jane and I have been in the counseling field for 35 years. My areas of expertise are women’s issues, coping skills for stress and anxiety, codependency, addictions, domestic violence, and self care. I also offer facitqtion of family interventions and guide families in finding appropriate treatment for their family member. I strive to build a relationship with my clients. I find that once you find a life coach/counselor there will never be a time you can reach out if issues come up.
I think everyone has issues and talking to someone helps! I also have personal experience in my own counseling and have had a life coach for over 20 years. This also gives me a perspective and understanding of women’s issues such as codependency.

How did you get started in this business?
I signed up to be a volunteer at a runaway shelter when I was in high school and was hired as a youth house manager I went to West Virginia Wesleyan college where I majored in Youth Services. I always wanted to help others.
