What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first task is to learn about a new customer. How long have they been in business? How do they process their accounting? What software, if any, do they use? What are their expectations / needs from their CPA / QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor? How would they like to communicate?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previously, I have been a CFO and Controller for privately held business for 14 years. In that capacity I was in charge of accounting, computer systems, personnel, employee benefits, business insurance in addition to general office managment. With this background plus a long history in public accounting, I bring a strong record of working in all areas of business.
