What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starts with a consultation to discuss bookkeeping needs of client to determine wether or not it would be a good fit for both parties. If it is determined to be a good fit, then a proposal for services can be drafted and signed by both parties (not required though). Then it is a matter of client sending necessary source documents (i.e. bank statements and other business documents) to perform the services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience in accounting field working for CPA firms and finally independent providing full charge bookkeeping services to small and medium sized businesses. I work closely with the CPA's who provide the tax services to our mutual clients, so that the client receives affordable and accurate bookkeeping as well as tax planning & advice from CPA.
