"Hello! My name is Rosaly Martinez and I am the proud owner of RCM Tax and Accounting and partner of BizBooks Online. With over 17 years experience in the accounting industry, I have honed my expertise in corporate tax, sales tax, payroll, and accounting for businesses in various industries including real estate, service, retail, and manufacturing.
My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from the Polytechnic University of Orlando, and a Master's in Accountancy and CPA designation from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Prior to starting my own firm, I served as the Director of the International Taxation department for a billion-dollar company, where I also worked as an auditor liaison in their accounting department.
I retired from my Director position to focus on expanding my book of business in my own firm. Since its establishment in 2007, RCM Tax and Accounting has provided dedicated service to small business owners seeking professional and personalized accounting services.

Working remotely
We would arrange a phone consultation
Set up a client portal to upload the documents needed
Go over the return together over the phone
Proceed to send the documents for electronic signatures
Invoice the client
E-file the return and email all confirmations
