About
I treat everyone with respect, dignity, and kindness. I have over 20 years of experience with helping people of all kinds. Both young and old, black and white, and have 10 years of experience in mental health counseling as well as research. I am very knowledgeable in personality disorders such as antisocial personality disorder and substance abuse issues including opioid addiction, crisis counseling and homelessness. Im also happy to help clients find emergency and financial resources and do my best to help provide help in any way i can with whatever I can if someone’s in crisis or dangerous situation. Sometimes it just takes a little help with navigating the system. I am an ADHD and Life Coach and love working with children and their families. I am also a certified couples educator.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This isn't directly related to my job, but it was a very find recent memory. I started teaching my son how to drive a car this year, and then I finally took him to take the exam?!!! - he passed!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would ask if they not only have experience in the type of counseling you need, but what is their expertise? Also you want to make sure you can relate to your professional and you felt a connection . That's most important.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure to decide how much time you are able to devote to counseling per week (i suggest a couple times a week to start, then possibly to once per week). Make sure all correspondence is clearly written and outlines of all the things you want to discuss and the order of importance.. Be short and precise , but as detailed as possible.
