As a therapist I seek to help individuals and families reach their goals through a client centered approach. This allows individuals to utilize their own strengths in a therapeutic setting to obtain positive growth. It is my goal to provide effective therapy in a supportive environment where my clinical approach is caring, collaborative and goal-directed. I am passionate about developing a strong therapeutic alliance with each client, and committed to providing the best quality of care for my clients and their families.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer Saturday and evening appointments. As I understand selecting a therapist can be an important decision, I offer a free 15 minute phone or video consultation to help encourage a proper therapeutic fit.

Session cost is $100-$120. Sliding scale is offered.

I have experience working with diverse populations which includes children, adults, groups, couples and families. My client profile covers a wide range of issues from PTSD and other traumas, depression, anxiety, ADHD and other behavioral issues, and helping couples and families work through relational challenges..
