I offer an initial free consultation to share more details about my services and provide prospective clients a taste of my style of coaching. Once engaged, I tailor my coaching approach to my clients and their specific needs and personalities.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am formally trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and hold active coaching certifications with both CTI and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
