What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can meet in person to learn about the company, culture, product and goals.
We create a strategy document and a Statement of Work and a timeline.
We share the documents and upon agreement we start working.
We present our ideas. We execute the ideas. We track the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have degrees in Graphic Design from the Pennsylvania State University
and in Communications from the University of Maryland.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$100 to $150 an hour depending on the service. We work by the project or on a monthly retainer. We are flexible.
