Virtual Figures
About
I work one-on-one with each and every client. Your success means my success. I am passionate about what I do and strive for the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and accuracy. I not only understand GAAP but also with Profit First a new way of accounting.
I find fulfillment with the balancing of the books. When everything is balance I truly find joy in that. I love finding the missing part or digging in to find why things are off balance.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial free consultation to discuss your needs and how I can help meet those needs. After that if we both choose that we are a good fit then I will work up a contract and begin work. Within the contract it will include costs, services as well as procedures (if needed).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
One-time services and hourly services $35/hour. Custom monthly packages are available for on-going clients.
How did you get started in this business?
I freelanced my services for about 10 years while I was teaching full-time. I stopped teaching to be home with my children and shortly after decided to turn my side hustle into my full-time business. I began my business in 2018 part-time and now 2021 Virtual Figures is my full-time business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different industries. Construction, churches/non-profit, personal trainers/physical therapist, retail stores, procurement services, podcasts, and many others.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It is very important that you feel open communication is possible right from the start because with open communication comes trust. Dealing with your finances it is vital to have trust and that line of communication in order to keep accurate books.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is a specific service a need. I do not believe in unnecessary charges for services that aren't needed. This is why I create custom packages for my on-going clients to inlcude only the services they need and not paying for all inclusive services when in reality they only need half of the services.
