I have such a love for number since the age of 12 years old doing the accountig for my dad's business. So, as the years have gone by accounting has been a passion with excellance and helping people and business with IRS problems.

I have two Masters degree MBA/TM and MSA and currently working on my Doctoral degree in Management.

To Whom it may Concern: I have been working with Phadrea Oates and Oates Consultants since the 2013 tax season. It has been a great experience. You would normally not say that about someone that gives you financial advice and tax work, but it has been great. When something comes up that is out of the ordinary Phadrea is able to handle it. She is 100% thorough and leaves no stone unturned in making sure she does the best for her clients. I started using Oates Consultants in 2007, I was referred by a close friend. I can say through all of my business adventures and home purchases, I depended on Ms. Oates for everything. No matter what the situation was, it was handled with just a phone call. The personal attention given to me and my tax needs, wouldn’t trade it for the world. Another thing I admired with Oates Consulting is that I was always advised on what I could do for next tax season. And if you know me, you know I am very detailed oriented and always have many questions. When I got audited one year, I was a mess but it went smooth and I did have to do a things, Phaedra took care of it.

I would recommend Oates Consultants to any and every one, and I have. Thanks for your professionalism and help throughout the years and many more. Please don’t retire to soon not sure what I would do.

…We have been with Oates Consultants since 2015. Phadrea made certain we had a seamless transition from Ridgeway Accounting Services, who we had dealt with for ten years prior, to Oates Consultants.

Phadrea has guided us in making sound financial decisions, both personally and professionally. With her guidance we have successfully managed a small real-estate venture and recently opened a Psychiatric Services business. Both of which require excellent accounting skills and tax preparation.
