    Frequently asked questions

We listen to what our clients want to accomplish and set up the services to meet their needs. We do not come in and try to change processes or procedures until we have a chance to learn their business. Our bookkeepers also understand accounting so we can prevent the garbage-in, garbage-out.

I worked on Wall Street in many capacities for 20 years. I also attended E.F.Hutton's acclaimed Management Training Program and J.P.Morgan's acclaimed Global Economics Training both programs were over 6 months of 24/7 training. I've sat on many boards, I've served as CEO, CFO, COO for several businesses including some of my own startups.

We own and operate a small business' budget contraints and try to customized out prices to give out clients what they need without breaking the bank. We also give all-inclusive pricing. One price for everything. No change orders.

I graduated form Temple. University as a film major in the 1970's. Through an internship I began to speak to Wall Street execs and impressed one Senoir Manager at a Brokerage Firm, E.F.Hutton so much he invited me to particiapte in their acclaimed Management Training Program. The program was so well done, many Wall Street firms would send their people to the program.

We have worked with business owners, VC's, not-for-profits, S Corps, C corps, LLC's, Sole Proprietors, Legal Practices, Medical Practices, and many others

We got a call from a nonprofit Credit Union that was under a cease order from the State in which they were regisitered because their books were not reconciled for 5 years. We were contacted a week prior to Thanksgiving to reconcile their books for 5 years to determine if there had been any theft. We had to complete the project before year end.

We were able to reconcile everything, work with the National Credit Union Association to prove there was no embezzlement and the NCUA told us this was the first time in their history that they were returning the license to the Credit Union being investigated.

    Our Client was elated!

First, you get what you pay for in many instances. Make sure your bookkeeper is more than a data entry person. Bookkeepers need to understand the the big picture and GAAP accounting so your records are correct. Look at how a provider handles a situation where they make a mistake.

What is their relationship with Tax Accountants. Do they make valuable suggestions to help you save money or time.

Where do I want to take my business?

How much can I save in $$ to outsource?

How much better can I make my work/life balance?

Can I trust the vendor I choose?
