What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we ask our clients to complete an online form to answer a basic set of questions to determine their needs.
We use encrytpted forms and portals to exchange documents. After we perform our assessment, we schedule a time to speak to our clients by phone or video chat.
After we have all of the information we need, we accept any deposits and begin our work. Upon completion, we accept the balance and submit deliverables to clients.
