What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After connecting about a project, I like to set up a time to chat details over the phone the next day or soon after. Depending on the type of project, I can get started on some draft content that same day or potentially need a couple days to build out a timeline for the full project. Regardless, I make this very clear to the client up front so they are looped in at every step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in several multimedia roles over the past decade that include photography, videography, design, editing, and animation. I am confident my extensive work experience will adequately prepare me for your next project in any of those fields!
