Sequence is a group therapy practice based in Montgomery County MD. We offer in-office therapy and remote video therapy, the later being to residents of MD, VA, DC, NC, NY and VT currently.
Our services include individual , group and couples counseling, career coaching, life and wellness coaching, psychiatry and support groups and educational workshops.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can contact us through our website, selecting a specific therapist , or they can reach out to the Clinical Director. A private and free consultation will inlcude a brief history of the issues faced and a recommendation to work with a specific provider if one has not already been selected. The match ( based on issues, gender preference, schedule and treatment recommendations) will be made and an appointment will be scheduled ASAP usually to occur in less than 7 days.
