What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For tax preparation, we have a new secure portal that will allow clients to upload their documents and even e-sign the documents when complete without having to leave the comfort of their home. All the while, the client can log into the portal to ask questions or see the progress of their return.
Of course, if they would rather come in, face-to-face appointments are always welcome!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified financial education instructor, as well as a Professional Tax Preparer. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance.
How did you get started in this business?
MyTaxx Office began with a vision is to educate, inform, and empower people on financial security and wealth management.
Through education, we will inform and empower people to take charge and create the future they deserve.

We recently went virtual! This means we can work from anywhere with anyone. Say goodbye to dropping by the office on your day off for a meeting!
Additionally, we now offer audit defense and tax resolution. Taxpayers with IRS issues need help all year long, not just from January 1 to April 15.
