What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all debt issues, we offer a free consultation to review the client's situation and determine what options they have avalible. During that consultaiton we review options and potential costs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ashley F. Morgan, Esq. is admitted to the Virgina State Bar and the Eastern District of Virginia District Court and Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Court.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
For bankruptcy or any debt issues, you want to file someone who has regularly handled those type of cases and who you are comfortable with. The any issue involving debt, especially the bankrutpcy process, is very personal and you want to find a lawyer you are comfortable with and willing to be completely open and honest.
