Care That Comes To You - Our company provides mobile physical therapy to you anywhere in Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia. Our business goal is to keep you active and pain-free by providing one-on-one physical therapy in the comfort of your home, gym or office. Whether you want to get stronger, move better, run faster, or live with less pain — our goals are your goals and we are here to make them happen for you. We make your life easier by eliminating the hassle of traveling to and from a clinic/gym by having us come directly to you. If you are unable to meet in person, our company also offer telehealth services to provide you with the care that you need. Physical therapy services that we provide: •Evaluation & Treatment for individuals with orthopedic (back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, etc.) & neurological deficits (stroke, Multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, etc.) •Evaluation & treatment for stretching program •Evaluation for general home exercise program •Evaluation & Treatment post-surgery •Evaluation for wheelchair seating and mobility •Evaluation for assisted devices and adaptive equipment •Evaluation for home safety •Functional capacity evaluation/assessment for return to work •Annual/Preventative Physical Therapy Exams which will include assessment of: o Strength o Balance o Coordination o Ambulation o Walking speed o Risk for falls o Home safety o Pain o Activities of Daily Living o Memory & Cognition o Sensation **Following the annual physical therapy exam, if impairments are found, these would be discussed with the client and the client can decide if they would like to be treated for these impairments All physical therapists are licensed to treat clients in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Patient is contacted and an intake form is completed. After intake form, a date for an evaluation is scheduled. After the evaluation has been completed, a plan of care will be established based on the client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All therapists have a doctorate in physical therapy among with various specialties such as orthopedics, manual therapy, and neurology

How did you get started in this business?
Our owner, Dr. Jaisie Stevens, spent years in physical therapy due to previous injuries from sports and became passionate about the profession and the opportunity to serve and give back to the community.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our company works with a variety of clients. Whether it's a client that wants to return to running after acute pain, a client who wants to be able to rollerblade but has poor balance, a client who has chronic pain but wants to exercise, a client who recently had a stroke and wants to restore their mobility - we work with anyone who wants to improve their current function.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
It's hard for our therapists to pick a specific project they are fond of - our therapists enjoy the opportunity of true one-on-one visits with their clients. In general, a typical plan of care can last about 8 visits. The length of care is all dependent specifically on the client's needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Physical therapy can be tough but our therapists are equipped with the proper skills and techniques required to make you better.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Your goals are important to us. Make sure that you let us know what you would like to accomplish and keep that in mind during your visits with us. We want to make sure that you are making progress and we are not wasting your time.
