    In order to provide the best personalized physical therapy possible, you will have a thorough initial evaluation by answering an online questionnaire and meeting with our highly-rated physical therapists.

    We have same day appointments available as we are open ONLINE from 8AM to 8PM Mon - Fri and 8AM to 2PM on Saturdays.

    We can also do a free prescreen/discovery session online if you want to know more about how physical therapy can help you with your pain, movement problems,  sleep problems, pre or post surgery. 

    Nina Evangelista, PT, CMTPT, CEEAA, Tai Chi for Health Instructor, Chronic Pain Coach

    As she has a passion to challenge and be creative in supporting the wellness of the adult population,  in 2016, Nina became a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults through the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy. 

    In 2018 she gained board certification from the Maryland Board of Physical Therapists for Trigger Point Dry Needling and has earned the title of Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). This same year, she  was certified to lead an evidence-based self pain management workshop series through Living Well in addition to leading a Falls Prevention and Nutrition workshop. 

    In February 2019, Nina received her certification as a safe instructor to teach  Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, and again, in July 2019 she received certification to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. 

    Joanne Colburn, MPT

    Joanne Colburn, M.P.T earned her Masters in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 2000. In 2005 she completed the Certificate Program from The Manual Therapy Institute. Joanne has treated in a variety of settings that include Outpatient Adult and Pediatric Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Occupational Medicine.

    As a Physical Therapist she feels strongly about using a hands-on approach in treating her patients. Joanne's treatment philosophy encompasses a combination of patient education, strong home exercise programs and utilizing manual therapy. This approach fosters functional ability, patient compliance and confidence in their overall medical treatment plan.

    Aimee Schuh, DPT


    Aimee earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2017. She has treated in a variety of settings which include outpatient adult orthopedics, sports medicine, skilled nursing, outpatient neurologic rehabilitation, and pelvic health rehabilitation for both women and men. Aimee is currently completing courses to be a certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner.

    In her physical therapy practice, Aimee emphasizes patient education and understanding, and treating the patient as a whole; not only the most prominent pain and symptoms. She prefers to treat her patients with a variety of interventions, with each plan of care personalized to each patient’s needs, goals, and response to treatment. 


    Olive Joy Toledo, PT, DPT, MFM Certified 

     

    Olive graduated in 2013, and has been practicing physical therapy since then. She has worked in various rehabilitation settings including outpatient clinics, hospital inpatient, home service physical therapy and skilled nursing facilities. Olive has worked her way up as one of the most reliable Physical Therapists in the business. She has experienced working with different age populations — Across All Ages as what AAA stands for; from pediatrics, adults, elderly, athletes and veterans. Although, geriatric physical therapy seems to be of her best interest, she has always had comfort rehabilitating on various age groups. Pure with intelligence and compassion, Olive believes that Physical Therapists have a mind of a scientist, a heart of a humanist and hands of an artist. Olive completed her doctoral studies from Utica College in 2019. 

    AAA PT offers both health insurance covered services and Concierge (cash based) services. We also have wellness programs available. 

    For being a physical therapist for over a decade, I thought of practicing on my own so I could provide the best personalized physical therapy possible!

    We have worked with a multitude of physical therapy cases. If you look at our logo, we have worked from the head all the way to the toes. The common issues we work with are back and knee pain. We have worked with presurgery and post surgery. Though we have commonly advanced age group as patients, we also work with the younger generation (minors), in all walks of life from highly ranked executives to student-athletes.
