What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In order to provide the best personalized physical therapy possible, you will have a thorough initial evaluation by answering an online questionnaire and meeting with our highly-rated physical therapists.

We have same day appointments available as we are open from 7AM to 8PM Mon - Fri and 8AM to 2PM on Saturdays.

We can also do a free prescreen if you want to know more about how physical therapy can help you with your pain, sleep problems, pre or post surgery, or for any PT questionf or that matter!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Spencer is a DPT (Doctorate of Physical Therapy) holder, Nina is about to complete her DPT program, and Mia and Olive are physical therapists who will pursue the DPT program soon.

Aside from advanced education, our therapists work and attend on various professional development courses.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Physical Therapy payment is insurance based but self-pay can be discussed accordingly.

How did you get started in this business?

For being a physical therapist for over a decade, I thought of practicing on my own so I could provide the best personalized physical therapy possible!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a multitude of physical therapy cases. If you look at our logo, we have worked from the head all the way to the toes. The common issues we work with are back and knee pain. We have worked with presurgery and post surgery. Though we have commonly advanced age group as patients, we also work with the younger generation (minors), in all walks of life from highly ranked executives to student-athletes.
