It is my life's work/ my passion to heal the body and improve your well being. Therapeutic bodywork is healing and significantly reduces stress while increasing energy and improving your outlook on life, thus boosting your immune system function. Specializing in sports medicine and rehabilitation. Experienced with sciatica, joint pain, lower back pain, sports injuries, body builders. I've been working with chiropractors and in sports medicine for 25 years. My goal is to always individualize every massage to the person, no cookie cutter body work is given.
Every person is different, their needs, their pain, their stress, with my years of knowledge I can read a persons body and know what is needed to bring them back to their wellness level. Seeing the relief and relaxation during and after their body work is fulfilling to me as every one deserves to feel good each day. Knowing my skills can benefit an individual brightens my day and gives me joy.

My work has involved athletes of almost every major sport, children also. Persons who have had tragic accidents and needed comprehensive therapies.
