People make progress, and stay sane, when they work with me.
I support people who are working through professional or personal puzzles. Working with me wil give you the tools you need for the problem or situation that you are facing. Usually people reach out to me whe they are feeling stuck on something, or like they've hit a barrier.
My first work-love was people management at development, and I'm coming up on 20 years experience of coaching and management.
During that time, I've been working with individuals and teams to get unstuck and/or make progress on their personal and professional life puzzles.
I take an interdisciplinary appraoch to finding the right answer at the right time. By that, I mean I bring insight from various methods for managing yourself or for processing difficult things, and together we'll lock down the right things - the ones that work - for you.

We book a consultation session, which usually lasts 45 minutes and is free. After the session, I'll relay back to you how we would work together and what our next sessions would look like, for your consideration. If there are additional channels for support that I think mght be useful to you then I'll share what those would look like, too (e.g. if I think you might want to consider therapy or training rather than/as well as, I'll share what that looks like and what the process is in your location).
If you decide you want to work with me, we'll book a time for your first full coaching session.

My manager noticed I cared about people's progression and welfare when I was 22. I was already training staff, and I was then promoted into team coaching at the perfect time. I have been coaching since (circa 20 years).
Individuals facing stumbling blocks at work - wanting to work in a new role or university program; wanting a promtion; facing challenges working with their manager; wanting to develop new skills; wanting to be less stressed.
Individuals facing personal stumbling blocks - people wanting to change difficult patterns; people wanting to work through something that is keeping them stuck; people recovering from minor trauma and wanting to move past it ("minor" is not the perfect word here, and only implies that I am not a theraoist working with major traumas). And people who want to be less stressed.
Teams that work together and would like to work faster/better/with greater ease. Teams that want to be less stressed.
Managers who are looking to develop their managerial skillset or require team coaching support for their team/s.
New managers and executives who are finding the ropes and want structure and/or guidance as they do.
Finding the right coach is a bit like dating, and you will need to find the right fit for you.
