I am a personal growth coach that supports women, particularly women 50 & over. My services provide faith-based, life, health and career coaching. My goal is to remind women that they are enough, to see thier value and to believe it's not too late to reach for their hearts desires. I encourage embracing change, letting go when needed and moving forward to an abundant life. In fact, I want my clients to stand confident in the realization that they are indeed Young & Wiser than ever!
I enjoy meeting new people. Coaching allows me the amazing opportunity to see my clients gain clarity and direction, give birth to their dreams and passions and step in to the shoes of their most authentic self while finally being able to embrace all of the glorious freedoms living their truth can brings! None of this is easy work, but I am committed to take the journey with them and stand by them as their personal growth coach.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me by phone or website to schedule a free consulatiton and complete the Young & Wiser intake form. We will determine together if we are a good fit for your coaching needs. I will put together a customized coaching program suited to your specific goals. Once you have determined and commited to a 10 to 12 session progam we will be off to a life changing journey. We will meet bi-weekly for up to 75 minutes. All payment plans and agreements are determined prior to the first session.
