The relationship you have with yourself is the foundation in which everything and everyone in your life is built. Improving yourself will improve your overall life.
My area of focus is the relationship you have with yourself. From there all other relationships with your significant other, sibling, co-worker, family member, higher power etc. will automatically realign. The goal of any coach is to ultimately help you win. A coach is trained to find the barriers that prevent us from being the best we can be and guide us with tips and techniques to ultimately win at life.
Let me stress that all relationships start with the relationship you have with yourself. If you are not healthy you will most certainly not attract healthy relationships. I offer a completely free initial call, so you have absolutely nothing to lose.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During your telesession, I will listen to what your troubled areas are and together we can start to develop a plan to address them. If you are not reaching out for a specific reason, I may start with a few general questions such as:
- What are your likes/dislikes about yourself?
- What are your likes/dislikes in life?
- What do you do during your spare time?
- What brings you happiness?
- What do you want out of your relationship(s)?
- What do you want to achieve in life?
- What areas you’re unhappy with?
- Where you would like to see yourself in the future etc. Once this information (and more) is gathered we can then, together, work on a plan to achieve your happiness/goals. I will always offer support, goals and, when necessary and appropriate, offer feedback.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am not a fly-by-night coach. I have been coaching and assisting others for decades helping countless. My life is my testimony. Unlike other coaches who endured a rough patch and came out of it believing they are ready to help others do the same I’ve lived a lifetime of rough patches and rough relationships that have prepared me for superior coaching.
I was my first client and I myself am a success story. As I mentioned above, I hold an associate degree in therapeutic recreation, a dual-study bachelor’s degree in theater and psychology and a master’s degree in Arts and Teaching. Currently hold two Life Coach certifications, a ministry certification, public speaking certification and continuously keep up with the latest coaching modules and developments to better serve my clients.
I have worked in schools, psychiatric hospitals, group homes etc., as a youth analyst, teacher, and mental health professional for over twenty years. I have served as a Personal Development/Relationship Coach & counselor at our church, as well as, volunteered for a crisis hotline for years.

How did you get started in this business?
Have you ever felt lost, confused, unlovable, out-of-touch, angry, or on the verge of losing it all or yourself? Changing all this is as simple as picking up your phone.
It is said that the definition of insanity is doing something repeatedly the same way but expecting a different outcome. Is there an area in life you are unhappy with? Are there things in your life that you know you want and need to change but not sure where to start? Are you struggling in your relationship(s), your marriage, or single life?
Lord knows I’ve been there. All my life I saw all my friends thrive while I struggled every day just to survive. I was the product of divorce, raised in poverty (on some pretty rough streets) and thrown into special-ed for a minor speech impediment. At fourteen I moved out on my own and after years of therapy, tapping into my faith, self-examination, endless podcasts, books, hard work and determination found the true me and gained a whole new perspective on life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have spent many years counseling individuals/couples (being ordained qualifies me to counsel in religious and various other settings) on topics such as:
- Premarital/Marital counseling
- Conflict Resolution
- Sex-education
- Death of a loved one
- Marriage and/or family challenges
- Social anxiety
- Stress
- Betrayal Trauma
- Burnout
- Abuse
- Major life transitions
- Breakup/divorce
- Healing from a painful break-up/separation
- Child/Adolescent behavior problems and more. I have worked with countless clients on an array of issues including all aspects of spirituality and worked extensively with the LGBT community.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Unlike other professions it is crucial to find a coach that has a disposition and likability so trust (which is critical for growth) can be built.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Any question that pertains to where they want to be ten days from now, ten months from now and ten years from now.
